We are located in Kingston, Ontario and offer counselling or therapy for topics such as; anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, burnout, boundaries, relationships, work stress, family dynamics, life transitions, and substance use among many others.

She integrates CBT, Brainspotting, IFS-informed, narrative, and mindfulness-based approaches to gain a holistic picture of each individual. Rooted in compassion and curiosity, Jessica strives to help each client gain a better understanding of themselves while guiding them toward lasting change.

Kelly supports adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges (including family, romantic, and friendships), ADHD, stress, and major life transitions. She offers a warm, collaborative, attachment-based approach to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

She understands that families thrive when caregivers feel confident and supported while navigating the endless challenges of parenting. She offers a non-judgemental, nurturing, and practical approach to therapy. She has a passion for women's health and supporting women through life transitions.
Registered Social Worker
Patrick works alongside folks from all walks of life who are navigating concerns of anxiety, depression, relationships, and other challenges resulting from life experiences and daily stressors. He uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT, and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Registered Social Worker
Victoria is committed to supporting 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and their families explore their identities, navigate access to gender-affirming care, strengthen coping skills and build resilience. Victoria supports folks in understanding how interpersonal, familial, and socio-cultural systems impact well-being. Victoria's practice is trauma-informed and incorporates both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
