Perfect if you need an evening, a morning, or one consistent day a week to see clients face-to-face.
Rates range from $44 for a four-hour block to $100 for a full day (8am–8pm). And that includes:
– A fully furnished, thoughtfully designed office (no hauling lamps around)
– Free parking for you and your clients
– Coffee, tea, and client treats
– A warm, professional building with elevator access
– Bi-monthly therapist get-togethers and real community (not just hallway nods)
– Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning — all handled
It’s essentially Airbnb for therapists — by the block or by the day. No long-term commercial lease stress. No DIY office headaches.

This office space is available purely by rental fee. You keep 100% of your own fees, we provide the space, the coffee and the referrals!
